“Raphael was amazing and best of all HONEST! My home in Margate was having extreme and unusual electrical issues that had never happened in the 20 years I’ve owned my home. Based on their great reviews and prompt service to emergency issues, I called them right away! Based on all the problems I was experiencing, even through it seemed to me like a home issue, Raphael was nearly certain it was an issue on FPL’s end. I called FPL and they claimed there were no outages and the problem must be with my home. Raphael encouraged me to call back and insist a tech from FPL be dispatched. They finally agreed to send someone. Turns out he was correct!! He could have come out, charged me a weekend after hours emergency rate, all to find out the issue wasn’t anything he could fix but he was honest and tried to HELP me rather than make a quick easy buck off someone who knows nothing about electrical issues.
