They said they'd be here at 9 am. And they were here at 9 am.
They said it would take about 3 hours. They installed it (even with a quick trip to Home Depot) in 3 hours. They gave us a fair price. It was Exactly that price.
The electrician was professional, courteous, amiable, and explained things as he worked.
