Windows Installation in Venice

“I want to preface this review by mentioning that I was a sales rep for 3 different local window companies for 8 yrs. To say that I perform my due diligence is an understatement.

I know as a homeowner I want the best “deal” possible with my home projects. Let me say straight out. Absolute was not one of the “cheapest” prices. When considering to replace my windows, getting the cheapest price was not my objective. I was seeking quality, reputation, and exceptional service.

After obtaining a few bids, the daunting task of dealing with sales people…I made the choice to use Absolute Window and Door to replace my old builder grade windows.

From my sales rep Alex, who was informative, transparent, and set my mind at ease with my selection. To Jody who was patient with my schedule and made sure there was a perfect time for my window install. To my installation crew led by Hunter and his 2 helpers. The window openings were carefully covered to control any dust or debris from coming into my home. The installation was absolutely flawless and well executed.

Finally, my visit for final inspection from Mariah, and Sean. Let me just say what a wonderful, and amazing person Mariah is. My entry door (which was installed by another company and hasn’t closed right for 3 years!, and has driven me crazy!!!) was noticed by Mariah. She offered to drill ONE screw that brought my door to the correct position in the jamb. It closes like butter now!! She also popped out 2 sashes where I noticed the weatherstripping was folded slightly. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and calm spirit confirmed my choice to use Absolute.

At the end of the day, anything you buy…you want to feel like you received stellar treatment. With my entire experience, there is no other company I would consider if I had to do it all over again. I have a second phase still left to do, I will be using Absolute again. Thank you all so much for the caring, detailed, and wonderful experience.“
