After getting 4 bids I hired Blaine with Catalina Construction Inc to completed a large porch addition and new roof on the entire house. In addition he removed a fplc and installed sliding glass doors in its place. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. Blaine was very responsive and made sure that all work was completed to my standards and his. Due to the large scale of the project I had additional work, or details that I missed, and Blaine had no problem working with me to complete. Blaine and his team recently finished our home remodel in Venice. They remodeled the kitchen and two bathrooms. They did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the results. We didn’t live in the area so most of the communication were via texts, calls, and photos. Blaine kept us updated throughout the entire process and quickly responded to any questions we had. Catalina Construction, and it’s owner Blaine McCutchan, did a great job on our lanai extension! Great subs, kept to timeline, quality in workmanship and kept us informed through out the process of what to expect next. We would definitely recommend him to our friends.
