“I have been taking my pets to Trinity Oaks Pet Wellness Center for some years now. The staff are all super compassionate, caring, knowledgeable as well as timely with appointments. We recently lost our nearly 17 year old Cattle dog in march and after getting a new rescue a few weeks ago we did not hesitate to rely on Trinity Oaks for the care of our new pup. As a physician myself, I wish more physicians would show the level of compassion and patient care as provided to pet care at Trinity oaks pet Care Center.“

“My dog Oakley and I were in a very bad head on collision. Unfortunately her car seat broke and she sustained serious trauma to her head. While I was in the hospital, Dr. Stallman and her team did everything they could to make her comfortable. Unfortunately she passed that night. Everyone was so kind and compassionate and I thank them for everything they did.“

“I will never go to any other vet. Dr. Danielson is so knowledgeable and he and his staff have always been kind and understanding. Last year, my guinea pig started showing end of life symptoms because she was older in age. I called the office in a panic and they squeezed me in for a same day appointment. Dr. Danielson made sure that my baby was comfortable and he took his time talking to me, reassuring me that I'd done everything that I could. My guinea pig passed away at home shortly after. The office called to check in and I let them know. A few days later, flowers arrived at my door and I received a card saying that a donation had been made in her honor. That meant the world to me. There are some people who think that a small animal means that the love is also small, but any good pet owner knows that that couldn't be further from the truth. The gesture from Dr. Danielson made me feel less alone in my grief and now, a year later, I still think about that kindness. This is an office full of animal lovers who display a kind of beside manner that can't be taught. They have been such a blessing. It doesn't get more compassionate or more professional than Dr. Danielson and his staff.“

“Dr. Brownell is quite simply an extraordinary person and veterinarian. She gave our beloved dog Ava the most beautiful and peaceful passing imaginable. I say this as a long time pet parent who has had been at several good euthanasias and some that were not. What Dr. Brownell does for humans is quite wonderful too, she’s a guide, a grief counselor, a friend, a support system and she handled Ava with such gentle care and respect, even after she had passed. I truly don’t have enough good things to say about her, nor do I have the ability to convey the depth of our gratitude properly in words. My husband and I feel so blessed that when we called Lap of Love, that they had an opening only a few hours later and Dr. Brownell was able to help our darling girl over the rainbow bridge.“

“They're quick to make an appointment with, it's pretty clean for a veterinarian place (you pet owners know what I mean), and the staff are always friendly.“

“I have been coming here ever since I was a child, and my mom had ever since she was a teenager. We have brought ferrets, dogs, and birds and always received such great, caring service.

Last year, I adopted my first dog on my own, and of course there was no other vet I’d take her to. Not even two months ago, I brought her in to get her annual vaccines when Dr. Brooks noticed some lumps in her mammary glands. It is something that I probably never would have noticed on my own. He walked us through what it could be, as well as what we would have to do to test them. With the probability of it being cancer, and with my financial situation, I was heartbroken and preparing for the worst, but the entire team handled this situation with so much grace and they were extremely understanding and able to work with us.

All of her diagnostic tests and surgery were done in just a few weeks without any complications. We got her stitches removed yesterday and I am so so thankful for Dr. Brooks and the entire team here. Sticky has been doing so well, and the cancer was caught before it had the chance to progress. I can’t even explain the relief I feel for getting to have more time with my baby. We owe it all to everyone here for catching it and removing it with such swiftness and care. I could not recommend them enough.“

“My rescued dog had a medical emergency this past week at about 1:10 pm. I found my dog on his side at the bottom of the stairs. He was not moving. He was nearly lifeless. I was in tears crying and crying. I wrapped him in a towel and I rushed him to their office at 1:30 pm when they open after their lunch break. I told one of the receptionists while I was in tears that something happened to my dog. He asked me if my dog was a patient. I told him yes. I would have waited however long it took for them to take a look at my rescued dog. The vet tech came to take my dog to have his vitals checked within a matter of a few minutes. They were not busy at the time. I was crying and crying trying to speak. It turns out that his vitals were okay. The vet came out in the room to explain to me what was happening. She told me they think he had a seizure. It was his first. She asked if I would okay a blood test and IV to flush out his kidneys. (I did.) They brought him back to me and let me hold him and carry him. I held him and carried him. I also talked to him. Then they took him back for the blood test and IV. They told me to return at 5:30 pm to pick him up. I did. Then when I returned to pick him up they told me to drop him off at 7:30 am the next morning for another IV session. I did just that. I thought he was dying. It was a harrowing experience. He survived and is doing well now. I did not think they would take him in like they did but they did. Very happy with how they treated my rescued dog. By the way I don't think they dislike gay people. They are compassionate (and patient) to all. I highly recommend.“
