Alvarez was competitive in their estimate not the highest nor the lowest but provided great name brand top quality materials and attention to detail in doing the job. The job was neatly completed and clean up was great. They are also very honest. I asked after a bad hail; storm for them to check on the roof as some granule material washed away and they said it was still in great condition and needed no replacement or repair after inspecting it. I might add they came exactly on time. Thanks for great work. I recommend Alvarez for reliability, quality, and honest competitive pricing.

After Hurricane Ian had dropped a Grand father Oak in my yard hitting several parts of my roof I contacted Alvarez Roofing. They found a place for me in their busy schedule. Arrived early and immediately started preparations for the work to be done. Alvarez roofing repealed my entire roof and they suggested an upgraded Dow Corning shingle which is nice with various color patterns;It replaced a standard geyish brown rod that was boring. they have some really nice shingles that can be an attractive addition to the house.They also were always easy to get a hold of..Recently with a hail storm in the area lots of scammers are calling to repclace the roof and bill the insurance co. It's not the first company to try that. I feel like its fraudulent tryong to get a new rough that way. Anyway they came out to inspect after the hail storm and the representative came to the appointment even early.. They are always responsive...read full review
