I was very happy with the customer service that I received over the phone with the person that that helped me. It’s very hard to find a company quote online that allows you to pick non-car owner insurance option so I finally decided to call one and direct was the first and only place I called yesterday. Direct auto insurance was actually the very first car insurance I ever bought for myself as an adult 15 years ago and I had a great experience then.. the process probably took about 25 minutes if that it was very informative they answered all of my questions.
