I was very happy with the customer service that I received over the phone with the person that that helped me. It’s very hard to find a company quote online that allows you to pick non-car owner insurance option so I finally decided to call one and direct was the first and only place I called yesterday. Direct auto insurance was actually the very first car insurance I ever bought for myself as an adult 15 years ago and I had a great experience then.. the process probably took about 25 minutes if that it was very informative they answered all of my questions. Today is august 1,2025 i just wanted to say I had a good time. Kiana provided perfect service. She was very nice, very open and kept the conversations straight and direct. She was really nice to tell me about the deals that they had and went over. All the details about my plan. I was really satisfied about it.
