Technician Rigoberto Mena-Rivas is very meticulous and thorough. I have been in Florida 67 yrs and had many A/C techs but none are more thorough than Rigoberto of Good Guys. They never try to sell unneeded parts! Highly recommend and I don't give reviews lightly
Rigo, from Good Guys Home Services in Leesburg FL, did an incredible job. He started with good communication in arrival times and updates. The service he provided was thorough, professional and with a great attitude. We highly recommend Good Guys and won’t hesitate to call again if needed. Thank you, Rigo!!
Rico was great. Did a thorough job on our system. He gets 5 stars. Only gave 4 stars to company because no one showed up for our scheduled appt. My husband called after an hour and 1/2 wait and Rico came right over.
