“I have always received great service at this store! Recently I visited to repair my Vogue prescription sunglasses. Christene replaced a lost pin on the frame. She also cleaned them and adjusted the fit for me. I very much appreciated her friendly and helpful attitude in this busy store.
I returned two days later for a minor adjustment to the fit. Misha, who has helped me to purchase glasses in the past, was again, very nice in taking the time to make the adjustment. “Selection of quality frames is best I’ve found so far in Tampa. The real difference is the customer service. Everyone is so helpful and engaged with getting you the right solution. I have used them twice now in 3 years. This most recent visit, in June 2026, was to get new regular glasses (updated prescription) and frames. Staff quickly listened to our preferences and showed us several options. All choices were great possibilities. Once we chose a frame we moved on to lenses. Great deal for second lenses …so I decided to red my sunglasses (bought from the store in 2024) to get the best value. Went progressive in both pair and quality was spot on. Best part was getting new eyewear on Wednesday when ordered on Saturday…great turnaround. Great choices on frames, great customer service, great quality lenses, and great turnaround for pickup. Super happy and highly recommend!“

“I’ve been going to vision source for years. I call at the beginning of the week to make an appointment. They were booked until the 16th, so I made an appointment for that date. I asked the receptionist if she could get me in earlier if someone cancels their appointment, she said she would. The next day she called me back because someone canceled their appointment this week, so I was able to get in yesterday instead of the 16th! Great customer service.
