I'm 4 days post op for LASIK. I couldn't have asked for a better experience so far. Bahvani (spelling?) and Dr Dowding were patient and thorough with my pre op assessment and prep. Both were knowledgeable and transparent with what to expect. Day of surgery, Dr Groden was calm and talked me through every step of what was happening. Highly recommend this site.
Only three days later and I feel like a million bucks! This practice has perfected the art of transparent, reassuring and professional care. Pew-pew through the pupil is intimidating to the extreme, however I felt I was in expert and kind hands from the moment I checked in. Thanks so much!! So long, glasses!
Great experience overall! In the consultation, staff answered all questions and clearly explained the procedure, as well as pre-op and post-op instructions. The doctor was friendly and very experienced, and he guided me through the procedure, which was painless and fast. I would recommend this facility to friends/family. I also like LasikPlus's Lifetime Protection Plan, which is valid at any LasikPlus throughout the country.
