First time at this location (just moved here from SFLorida. Everyone from the desk,Valerie who is super friendly, Erika who helped with my selection and very knowledgeable about face and frames match, to Super Mario 😊 who helped me with my fitting…excellent customer service. Gray was helpful and courteous too.
There was one 2 miles from my house, but I’m glad I made the drive to Valrico. Will definitely be back until my friends and family about it. Keep up the great service!!!
We had a very nice experience at America’s Best. From the front office staff to the doctors, everyone was kind and helpful, an extra shout out to Amy, who took very good care of us, even repairing our old glasses while we are waiting for our new glasses to arrive. We will be back!
I went to Americas Best to get some new glasses and contacts today. Alicia is amazing and i highly recommend asking for her for your experience. She was very thorough and had the best customer service experience i’ve ever seen. I had problems with my insurance company and she called them and fixed all the issues for me. Truly amazing experience.
