I arrived w/ my eye glasses having a bend hinge & my sunglasses were so stretched out, they fell off my head. (Both were purchased out-of-state) . I was expecting to order 2 pair of prescription glasses.
David greeted me & said he wanted to try to fix the hinge. Ten minutes later my glasses were fixed. Then I complained about my sunglasses & asked to look a new frames. David said I had good frames that just needed adjustment. Again within 10 mins my sunglasses fit snuggly on my head.
So instead of ordering/purchasing 2 pair of glasses, I left w/ my original 2 pair of glasses in perfectly good shape, and there was NO CHARGE for the service.
I received 5 Star service & plan on using True Eye in Trinity, FL for all my & my family’s eye care needs!“

Not only was she extremely nice, she also explained issues to me in a very easy to understand way, and helped me figure out why my previous eye doctor visits hadn't given me helpful prescriptions. “Purchased 2 pair of glasses & after so many months one of my pair the arm fell off. Hinge broken I stopped by the lady said 200. For a new frame. I was a little upset the frame did not hold up decided not to get them fixed going to go elsewhere & purchase a new pair and left but 10 min away & I get a phone call from her to tell me the manager wanted to take care of me and replaced them no charge. That was so nice of them to go above & Beyond there call of duty. I was impressed & next year I will probably be a repeat customer . Thank you Mr. Manager for stepping above and beyond. “I visited Dr. Schulz 7 years ago for the first time. I did not visit him again until 2026. He is my eye doctor going forward and I will visit him ever year for my annual eye checkup. He is pleasant, thorough and the office is very efficient.“

“COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH AND TRUSTWORTHY!
I called Dunedin Eye Care for information and spoke with a nice southern lady who scheduled my appointment.
On 10/14, I was pleasantly surprised to meet her at the office for my initial exam.
She handled some of the diagnostic tests before I met Dr. Coates for the other screenings.
Afterwards, I managed to walk to my car in the bright sunshine to retrieve my shades, then went shopping at Winn Dixie.

Dr Rowan and his entire staff are excellent. I had cataracts in both eyes removed. One eye had some long term swelling. Dr Rowan provided reassurance all would be fine. He calmed my fears. Took his time explaining everything to me. From my first phone call inquiring if they accepted my insurance until my last visit… I could not have asked for a better doctor to operate on my eyes.

Dr Lawless… I had 2 visits with her and she extended the same level of care as Dr Rowan. Her explanations were calming, simple to understand and kind.“
