I rarely make reviews but this cannot go unrecognized because my experience with Carrollwood Window & Door by far is the best of the best! A million thanks to Melanie and Celeste in the office for being so helpful and accommodating. Melanie was the first to assist me and she was amazing, but she was having network and outlook issues so she requested Celeste to take over and geez, she is such a sweetheart, very patient and the kindest! If all people in the Service and Operations unit are like them, what an awesome experience would it be for every customer. I highly recommend. Way to go, Carrollwood Window & Door!
Carrollwood Window and Door has been exceptional from start to finish. My first interaction was with Jason from the sales team, and I immediately felt I was in great hands. He was kind, professional, and truly listened to what I needed for hurricane protection and home security. He understood the My Safe Florida Home program inside and out and guided me through every step with clear explanations and quick follow‑ups. I had windows older than myself in my home, Dave came and measured everything out, gave me a good price and got us on the track for new windows and two doors. They just got installed, everything looks perfect and Mike was very quick to get the trim scheduled and installed after the inspection was complete. Swift service and good work.
