Our second time using FAS for double insulated Anderson Window replacements. Excellent service from everyone staring with Jacob and ending with Jason. Installer Juan did a fantastic job under difficult circumstances. He replaced two windows on two story house and had to stand on sloped roof the entire day. His team worked hard all day in intense heat without stopping. Truly a professional and outstanding job in every way!!!
One of my tenants mentioned that they were having trouble latching a window that was installed 14 months ago. I emailed my sales person Rod Henderson on a Friday after hours and thought i might hear from him on Monday. I received a call 10 minutes after hitting send. That is customer service in a nutshell. thanks Rod
The staff, from the office to the installers were absolutely professional and amazing! They cleaned up as they went and at the end of each day you would never know that work was being done in our home. The windows are of superior quality and pricing was fair in our opinion. As former business owners ourselves we highly recommend this firm. We are so very happy and fortunate to have made your acquaintance and to have chosen your firm.
