We had an emergency situation that required immediate service and Rolando provided services within 2 hours of the call. Great and very friendly services with reasonable prices. After an hour on his own the serviceman had to call in another person. He kept saying how steep the roof is (like 90% around here). Then he kept saying “oh this is bad.... this is really bad” he wanted to charge an astronomical amount to use a camera. He should have used the camera first then tell me the cost. I ended up paying $100 more than the original cost. The mess left behind!!! Ugh!! I think they were just taking advantage of an old lady.I would never use them again... ever.Service: Drain unblocking
