The first tech was great and responsive. The work was priced 4x what the last service I had from a different electrical service but they had the timeframe I needed and I was under pressure to complete.
Then the booking agent moved the appointment to after 5pm, for several hours of work. So I asked to re-schedule. Then they called to re-re-schedual due to their material delays.
Which means by the time it was done I could have managed to grab a cheaper service for the same quality.
Then the tech left a lot of scraps, screws and materials in the house and driveway, so we spent time cleaning up.

Jackson did a great job on my AC service. He went up a big ladder 3 stories to service my outdoor unit. I am impressed with his dedication to his trade. It’s hard to find a company to service my unit. Jackson truly cares about those her serves. Thank you Jackson and Frank Gay Services.
I previously gave one star for Frank Gay not returning my deposit upon me canceling the service call. I promptly received a call from Frank Gay that in fact they had returned my deposit. My credit card had failed to post it. I can now heartily recommend Frank Gay and I will use them in the future.
