“So my husband was the first one who got it done. I was still kind of iffy about it but as time went by and I saw that he can see and didn't need his glasses. I was kind of feeling left out so I decided to go through with the procedure. Boy was I nervous. Super nervous but at the end I let my nerves get the best of me. They help me relax and I was going through the procedure and somebody that had had talked to told me it's all in your head. I promise you it's not as bad as you think. It's not going to hurt so I 100% went through with the procedure and let me tell you it was all in my head. The procedure wasn't bad at all. It was quick easy, but of course it's normal to be a little nervous. It's something different. Something you've never gone through. My advice to you is grab something that makes you comfy. Absolutely wear something that makes you comfy after the procedure. Make sure you keep your eyes closed and just rest rest of the day of rest the next day until you feel comfortable that you're going to be okay. Take your medications. they give you all the stuff that you need. if you have Lupus it's absolutely okay. It will take you a little bit longer. Not much. Maybe a day or two but you are going to love every moment of it to be able to see with no glasses to be able to look at little things that you needed your glasses for and something as silly as being in the shower and you can see it's beautiful. I completely recommend it and the doctor at Lasik plus amazing. They are all amazing. If I can go around giving hugs I would so I know you're nervous. Maybe you are. Maybe you're not. And no worries if you're feeling stressed on the moment. They give you these little stress balls that you could just grab onto and squeeze the crap out of it. That was amazing!
