About MSI Tampa Bay
MSI Tampa Bay features a lovely showroom that showcases a wide variety of floor and wall tiles, along with countertops. Customers appreciate the pleasant and helpful staff, who provide guidance and free samples. The clean and bright environment, paired with impressive displays of full slabs and smaller stone pieces, creates a refreshing choice for those selecting materials for home projects. The organization of the warehouse and options available have impressed visitors, making it a highly recommended spot for future visits. While the showroom is beautiful and offers a large selection of granite, quartz, and quartzite, some customers have found it challenging to obtain pricing on slabs and backsplashes, as this information is typically provided through contractors. Nonetheless, the professionalism and assistance from staff members, particularly in helping clients understand their options, are appreciated.
Made my first trip to MSI in Tampa and was very impressed with the organization of the warehouse and options for my client. A special thank you to Kevin, our customer service advisor, for helping my client understand the options for her kitchen. Kevin was articulate and presented a clear understanding of colors and styles. Thank you. I'll be back.
We highly recommend MSI Tampa Bay! Their showroom is beautiful, and they have a large selection of granite, quart, & quartzite. Their employees are great. We highly recommend Michelle. She was very professional, and yet personable in helping us pick out the perfect granite for our kitchen remodel. She was very prompt in contacting our fabricator. She is definitely an asset to MSI!
Beautiful showroom - lots of choices. I would have given 5 stars if we’d have been able to get a pricing on slabs (quartz/porcelain) and backsplash. Looks like only your contractor can give you the price. After driving for an hour to find out that you can’t know how much material is going to cost is not very helpful when you have a budget to work with. Asking for pricing and being told, « Not the most expensive and not the cheapest », doesn’t help. I felt bad for the young salesman - he understood our position but he wasn’t able to do anything about it.
