I don’t even know where to start. The Bast team was stellar in every possible way. From dealing with Preston, the sales person, to Rocio from the operations side, to Billy who did the installation and Kevin who did the sanding and polyurethane. I have a 102 year old house with heart pine in the rest of the house so clearly I wanted everything to match and be seamless. I could not be happier with the end result. To say I was impressed is a complete understatement! I would give 10 stars if there was a category. He did not try to upsell me and was amenable to my ideas given my budget and desire to not refinish all my floors at this time.
