I had an exceptional experience at Ace Hardware in Carrollwood, and it was entirely thanks to Donovan. I was in a bind needing a large amount of paint on very short notice and had already been to two other Ace locations that weren’t able to help.
When I came in, Donovan didn’t just tell me it couldn’t be done, he found a solution. He went above and beyond by arranging for the paint I needed to be picked up from the Lakeland warehouse and made sure it was ready for me the very next day.

Beverly went above and beyond for me today. I needed 3 packs of door hinges. She showed me where they were in the store. They only had 1 left. Then she called another store and said they have the other 2 I needed. She said she was going to another store and that she would get them and call me when they arrived. They arrived and I was able to put my bathroom and bedroom doors back up in the same day after painting. Thank you so much Beverly! Every store needs people like you.
