Then I was taken back where I had a consultation with my stylist about hair color, styles, concerns, etc. Then you get taken back to the "lather lounge" where your hair is shampooed and conditioned. It was very relaxing and had a great ambience--I thought it was a nice touch that your hair gets wrapped in a warm towel and you get to relax for 5 to 10 minutes while your stylist leaves and sets up the station so that you aren't just sitting around. Next was the haircut, which turned out very well. My hair feels a lot healthier and looks less frizzy now.“
