The receptionist was so kind and welcoming. I appreciated the drink offerings with the pretty tray that made the experience feel elevated and curated compared to other salons! My stylist Kelsey was great at communicating what she was seeing and wanting to work on for my haircut and did it skillfully and very very fast. Can't wait to be back. Note: It is a downfall that most salons do not allow kids (I have a toddler myself), but the space is definitely not safe for kids (hot tools and breakable things), so as parents we just have to be understanding of the why. Plus the hair wash station is a quiet place with a spa like atmosphere you could understand why they want it to be an adult only salon.
