“I have been coming to Pepe for the last 6 years that I can remember because noone can do what he does with my hair. He takes it from looking dingy and boring and brings it to life. I have thought about trying a different stylist just for convenience or to save money, but always go back to Pepe. He's the best. There is the saying of "you get what you pay for" well it's true with Pepe. His talent and skill are worth every penny. My goto with him is the women's hilights and cut.
