miguel was absolutely amazing! There was a mix-up with my phone number when i scheduled the plumbing service call, but miguel went above and beyond to make sure i was reached and still got excellent service. He had already arrived at my home in Tampa, yet he was patient and flexible enough to wait for me because the contact error was not my fault. miguel was honest, professional, and very thorough while working in my home. He carefully inspected the pipes, drains, and connections, explained everything in simple terms, and made sure i understood what was going on with my plumbing system. He also took the time to check that nothing else was being overlooked, which gave me a lot of confidence in his work. Even though the main issue turned out to be related to the septic system rather than the household plumbing itself, he stayed and helped me get in touch with the right septic service so the problem could be handled quickly. He also augered the pipes to help prepare the line for smooth flow after the septic tank was pumped, which really helped set things up for success. If i have any plumbing, drain, or sewer line issues again, i would gladly call this company and ask for miguel. He is professional, personable, patient, understanding, and kind, and he truly cares about doing the job right.
