Had my first boxing class on Friday it was outstanding! The coach was very patient and professional. I learned so much so quickly. The coach was very hands on and helpful. Very clean and well kept gym. Has so much to offer and participate in. I will be going back every week for the foreseeable future. Thanks to everyone at the gym for a awesome time!
Did my first class last week and it was great!! Everyone was very friendly and love the overall atmosphere. The instructors do a really good job teaching the techniques and helping out beginners. I've only done the muay thai class so far but it was a great workout and very fun and I'm looking forward to trying out more classes and improving.
