Love this place ! Very clean! New machines Friendly staff! Peaceful place to work out ! Love! Love love . ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’ve been here twice, and I like the distribution of the equipment and the layout of the floorplan - deeper than it is wide.The music is not too loud so I can use my headphones, but I didn’t this time because it was non-offensive light pop. Sometimes I just don’t feel like worrying about my playlist so I can focus on my work out.I didn’t use the showers this time but last time I remember them being clean and they smell OK .
This gym is clean, staff is nice, parking not an issue. Clean locker rooms. No free weight benching or squatting. Only free weights are dumbbells. Basically it's a gym for either those trying to stay in shape, get in shape, or those doing physical therapy trying to get back healthy. It's a gym without any judgement or pressure from the natural competitive/encouraging environment of a cross fit or a body building gym. Monthly is also good price.
