“I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Both Dr Mindlin senior and Jr were so wonderful to me and my baby Bella. She was very sick but they never stopped trying to help her. It broke my heart when we had to put her asleep. Dr Mindlin called and tried to comfort me he is more than a veterinarian doing a job he a wonderful person truly caring and loving his job. They say a doctor is only as good as his staff well the staff at Quad City goes over and above to help no where have I ever heard a staff member say you can call as often as you want . “They called me back to setup an appointment the next day. When I arrived I was taken into a clean exam room. The doctor and techs were very good with my cat Cheech. Doctor Costas gave him a thorough exam and did some blood tests. When the results came back the doctor called me the next day with a treatment plan. I thought it went very well. “My cat has an infection on his cheek and I walked in randomly without an appointment. Apparently I was super lucky because dr bob was present and the 9:30am appointment didn’t show. For reference you should make an appointment, but for me luckily they serviced me and my cat . They cleaned his wound, checked him, and gave us meds, all for a total of only $106! They gave me a small discount, but even without it I bet it would still be VERY cheap. Very glad I listened to my gut and went here. Felt comfortable with the vet and my wallet is very happy. Will return definitely!“

“We had my pet fixed here and everyone was very respectful and kind to my pet and myself as I explained to them that our pet doesn’t get along with other animals due to the fact that she was attacked as a baby and now dislikes animals they respected that and kept animals separate from her. They worked wonderfully with other locations and I was able to get on the standby surgery schedules for whichever location had an opening. This location was wonderful in a very stressful time.
