The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with staff ensuring pets feel comfortable. The team is dedicated and attentive, successfully addressing pet health issues. The center is praised for its positive environment and compassionate care. The vet was knowledgeable and friendly. The staff and doctors were super kind and extremely helpful, giving the best advice. The vital care helped with the cost of visits. Receptionists are helpful, and vet techs are nice. They have patience, even with difficult pets.
Doctor Machado was very professional and was able to quickly determine the issues we were having with our dog after running some tests. Dallis and Leslie were so friendly and helpful , very easy to talk to and made the experience much brighter. I took my dog somewhere else last time , and I believe she was misdiagnosed. The problem never went away. But the doctor was able to determine that her issues were being caused by something else and offered a list of places who specialize in these instances .
