Dr Carl and the team are fab and all the 5 star reviews reflect this but what I want to add is that to the few very poor reviews Dr Carl has added his own personal response. Often going into great detail explaining about their individual situation and (seemingly unjustified) grievances. He clearly takes his job, his reputation, the animals entrusted into his care and their owners very seriously and that is a credit to him and all who work for the animal hospital.

I feel so relieved and happy to find this wonderful hospital for my cat, Mo. From making appointment to see Dr. Ansara was a great and pleasant experience. The staffs are very nice. And Dr. Ansara is very kind and patience. He and the tech(Hi Jamie, sorry if I didn't get your name right) were very gentle with Mo from examination to vaccination. No pressure in any exam or run a bunch of test. And Dr. Ansara answered whatever questions I had with patience. We all know how difficult it is to find a veterinarian we feel comfortable and can entrust our furry friends with. I no longer needed to worry about it. Mo found his vet! Excellent in every way! Dr. Carl and his staff are all friendly and professional - plus gentle with our “elderly” dog. She had a skin issue that cleared up almost immediately with treatment. The vet is very knowledgeable, and discussed a couple of other questions with us as well. Later I was able to text him a question and received a quick and helpful reply. I also very much appreciate that they do not overcharge. The bill has been reasonable and fair, unlike some vets who add one extra charge after another. I’m very pleased that we found Dr. Ansara and his capable staff.
