I recently purchased a puppy from Forever Love and they recommended me to come to this place for first visit. Dr.Acosta was a great doctor and had a beautiful technician named Natalia. I definitely recommend everyone to come to this clinic as it in well organized and staff will take their time explaining medications and how to take care of your pet!
Went there on the 16th for the first time, from the minute I walked in the Receptionist greeted my puppy and I; she checked us in and we were roomed in less than 4 minutes. My puppy got annual vaccines done and it was pretty quick (under 35 minutes) and we got everything from that day sent to my email.
I called today because the email on file had an error so I didn’t receive anything and the receptionist today, Robin assisted me. She was super chill, kind, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to even print out all his documents for me to pick up and email all of my dog’s information that I needed and made sure everything was accurate. We recently got a puppy.. and this was our second visit there... we absolutely love this office and the staff, everyone is super friendly and treat us like part of the family... we were there yesterday and we're helped by Irene and Natasha they were amazing.. We definitely feel.like part of our family
