It was complicated due to having to coordinate with the city permitting dept, the contractor responsible for the permit and all their downstream subcontractors who actually caused the damage. “Visit 1: They came out and replaced the flange and wax ring. They got the work done quick and very affordable. The original price for just a wax ring was very low and even with the additional surprise work it shook out extremely affordable. Visit 2: In a completely separate event I had a leak at the main, and they came out within 30 minutes and fixed it, and just as fast and accurate and cheap as before! Best plumber ever!“
