Professional Health Care of Pinellas is an internal medicine and family care practice. They have Board Certified Physicians on call 24 hours, 7 days a week to best serve their patients. The staff is friendly, professional, highly competent, and very responsive. They offer superior care, understanding and treatment to their patients and their families. The physicians are kind, supportive, and relatable with a great bedside manner and a clear, straightforward, easygoing manner. They are willing to spend the time to explain everything, making for a great experience. Check-in is fast and easy, and the facility is highly recommended for its great quality and caring staff.
I'm being polite by giving 3 stars. They have you wait an hour plus past your appt time then barely pay attention to the patient. Hospital referral was messed up and took several phone calls to straighten out. After hours call 3x only to be never called back. I do NOT recommend this place
Dr. Joseph has been my doctor for the last couple of years, since arriving from California. He has always been easy to schedule, kind, supportive, and relatable. I am very happy to have him as part of my care team. Highly recommended!
My first visit to PHC of Pinellas (had blood drawn for a health screening) was a great experience. "Dr. C" and his staff were friendly, professional, highly competent, and very responsive. Dr. C has a great "bedside manner," and I appreciated the clear, straightforward, easygoing manner in which he communicated with me. Check-in was fast and easy using my phone, and I was out in less than an hour. If you're looking for great quality and a caring, responsive staff, I highly recommend this facility!
