I entered Waters Edge clinic not knowing anything about their services. I was skeptical about even being there but with the pain I experiencing I would have tried anything. I limped into the building and got on the elevator. When I walked into their office I was greeted with a nice greeting and a genuine smile. After filling out some paperwork I was taken to one of the exam rooms and a very nice young lady explained the procedure I’d be receiving that day. She patiently answered all of my questions. I was looking for a place to get an ionic foot bath here in St. Petersburg and found Waters Edge Medical Clinic. They were amazing. The entire staff were incredible and they were so friendly. I had a fantastic experience at Waters Edge Medical Clinic. The staff was very professional. I was seen right on time, had a thorough and unrushed consultation, and was able to really understand my options for treatment. The facility was clean, welcoming and well laid out. I felt that I was in really good hands with the medical team, they have extensive educational backgrounds, are experienced in the SoftWave technology and understand both acute and chronic pain. I'm optimistic that my hip will feel better when I squat after a few more treatments, and will continue to follow through on my treatment plan. Thank you!
