“Visited Flora Family Vet for the second time and I am very satisfied. Due to my work schedule it is very difficult to make appointments during the week. Luckily, Dr. Lima had availability on a Saturday to see my two senior pets (13 and 17) who need a lot of love and attention. The front desk and techs were very friendly and personable. The office is clean and spacious. Dr. Lima was very thorough, confident and had excellent bedside manner. He spent a lot of time explaining what was going on specifically and made sure all our questions were answered. Him and his staff even took the time to follow up days after the visit. All estimates were presented prior to doing anything which allowed us to make the best choice for our pets at the time. Very happy to have found Dr. Lima as we care for our pets in their final years!“
“I can’t say enough good things about Dr Figuora and his staff. Great communication, excellent treatment and care of our dog that was diagnosed with heartworms. Our dog has been on Heartgaard forever and still contracted them. So, test your animals regularly. I highly recommend Allendale.“
“I would book a reservation. The services were purchased by my daughter. Close to a year ago, she picked up a rescue dog. The dog, not vicious, had a habit of nipping and biting men. The dog is part of a bloodhound. Her bits to include nips are quite powerful. Long story, she booked the dog into Pet Paradise for her out of town business trips. I do not know if they provide dog training? The dog attitude and nipping took a turn for the better. Her obedience to voice command became such able to walk without a leash. I had to pick the dog from a stay. The facility is remarkably clean, no odor and the staff love animals. As I'm waiting, I watch as all sizes and breeds of dogs are picked up. I did not see a single incident of misbehavior. Sidebar: On a cruise in the Bahamas, we began conversations with another couple. The subject eventually turned to the couple also placing their pet at Pet Paradise. If you are in the Lake Nona area, a place is needed for pet sitting? I highly recommend it.“
“I just picked up my baby Kylo from a 6 night stay and I definitely recommend this place. It's his second time staying and I always feel comfortable leaving him in their care. They always post pictures daily of your baby in their private facebook page for pet parents that have their pets staying at the resort only. Everyone there is so nice and you feel very welcomed.“
“Pros: Last minute appt availability. (scheduled day before). Receptionist I dealt with was very sweet. And the vets handled my cat with care, compassion and were super informative. They were upfront with pricing and there were no bait and switch tactics. Cons: Upon checkout, during a shift change, I couldn't help but notice the staff member coming off of break looking like she'd rather be anywhere else but at work. Weird vibes for sure especially when they are a customer facing position. She must be the one everyone's complaining about. As a manager myself, YOUR manager should be ashamed of keeping such people in their team. Especially after months of complaints.“
