My hair is very thick and hard to manage on my own. A few weeks ago Traudi did a keratin treatment on my hair….. life changer for me. We did some highlights as well and my hair is so soft and finally manageable for me to do at home in less than 30 minutes start to finish. Seriously, I would take breaks while drying at home - no longer 2 hours for my hair. Love love love it!

This is the best barbershop we’ve ever visited! We’ve been to barbershops in Puerto Rico, Texas, and now Florida, but this one has offered the best service yet. When you make a request, they truly know how to deliver. Our family barber is David G., and he has a special touch. My nephew is autistic and tends to be sensitive to sounds and the vibrations of the clippers, but he feels comfortable enough to let David cut his hair. David is truly skilled and always diligent. He ensures he is on time, and if any issues arise, he makes it a point to communicate and respect your time. Service here is consistently excellent!

I took my daughters here to get pampered for their birthdays. We were warmly greeted by Mary as soon as we walked in. We've been here almost a two years ago and I think they are under new ownership. Much better service now. Kids were thrilled and the ladies that did their nails did a great job.

I really like going to this shop for some me time. The owner was the person that always did my pedicure (sorry can't remember her name) It was clean, quiet and I always left satisfied. But, I've been calling for over a month now with no answer and no voicemail. I went by on 2/10 & 2/17 and the door was locked. I think they are out of business. I hate that. It's hard to find someone with her talent and professionalism. I pray all is well!

I asked a friend who had her hair pressed straight where she got it down and I’m sooo glad I did. I normally never take the time to go the salon, but I met to see her lady and I was blown away. Carmen did an amazing job. My hair was a mess with some tangles after a recent home wash and some curl hair product gone wrong. She worked out all the kinks gave it a great scrub. I’ve always heard to go to a Dominican hair styler to blow and press hair and now I know why. She conditioned, flat ironed it and trimmed it for a great price esp with all my hair. Only took a little over 1.5 hr and it’s been almost 2 weeks and it still looks just as good and I’ve barely even brushed it. I’m surprised no frizz and no keratin added or anything. Carmen is the best. I’m going to bring my daughter next and will be going to her always from now on.

Margaret is great! She answered all my questions about electrolysis, which I had a few. I know for this particular skincare treatment I will not see results immediately so I will have to review or check in once I do see improvement. But she has always been helpful and actually was able to do more in the time allotment than what I expected. Also SkinFix Facial bar is a vibe in itself. It is very cozy but also warm and welcoming. The ambience is nice and they have new equipment and machines. Very clean. Both Margaret and Tracey have been nothing but nice and I have visited 2 times now.
I LOVE this place! I've been going here for a few months, and I do the monthly membership. I think the membership is a great price for either a massage or a facial. I've done both. The ladies at the front desk are always super sweet and helpful, and one time I purchased an expensive serum from there that leaked so bad and they were able to let me exchange the serum for a new one. If you need a massage I cannot recommend Susie enough. She is absolutely amazing and gives the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. I use Caroline for my facials and she is knowledgeable and sweet too. This may be the jewel of Lake Nona for me!

I called Chuck the Plumber after hours for a copper pipe with a hole. Chuck returned my call within just a couple minutes. I explained my dilemma and sent him a couple photographs. Chuck was at my front door in 30 minutes and went right to work. Working with copper pipes is a lost art. Chuck fixed my plumbing problem in just over an hour. What an incredible craftsman. I recommend Chuck for any plumbing needs.
K&R was outstanding to work with. Called about a non-emergent job we needed with out outdoor tankless water heater. Surprisingly they were available soon after I called but I was at work and unavailable. Being that the unit was outside Chris offered to go by and assess the job. He called and explained what we needed and offered to do the work same day all over the phone. I came home to find an excellent job completed. Couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.

Discount plumbing replaced our 25 year old water heater and did a great job, better than the original installation. While the techs were at our house, they also fixed a leaky outdoor faucet and checked the water pressure in our bathroom. We are so pleased with their work, we will definitely call on them for future repairs.
I've had difficulties in the past with other plumbers so I can attest that Beverly is a God send!!! You can tell that she knows what she's doing and that she does it right the FIRST time around. She is honest and was able to fix my leak and (upon my request) she kindly checked and repaired the other plumbing around my house that was previously done wrong by another plumber. She is VERY thorough, left everything clean, she was affordable compared to other plumbers, she was also on time and I felt like she treated my house as if it were her own. I can't be any more grateful for her!! 10/10 recommendation.

They're very good at what they do and they did an amazing job restoring wood we found hidden under vinyl. Two thumbs way up! Here is a before and after. Dr Webb's Hygienist, Kenia, was so gentle and thorough. she took her time and showed me everything she was doing as she was doing it. she showed me how to brush my teeth properly and floss properly. she recommended a mouth guard since I grind my teeth but didn't pressure me into buying theirs and told me there are others online that are less expensive but they are not as good but at least I had the option. she cleaned my mouth with water and then used the suction right after instead of me having to get up and rinse my mouth out with the cup which was so annoying at other offices. but the best thing that she did that no other dentist office has ever done is was massaging my jawbone after every couple minutes and I asked her why are you doing that? and she said because your mouth is constantly opening and closing and this is soothing which I have to admit was an added bonus because it felt so good. When the doctor came in she was so calming and it felt like I was talking to a friend. We just started talking about each other and then she was very detailed in what she was telling me and kept asking me if I had any other questions It was so nice to not feel rushed. Best news after our cleanings was NO CAVITIES!! The office was also in a great location in St. Cloud and a nice big parking lot. as soon as we walked in the office, it felt so cozy and they were playing good music too! not that awful dentist instrumental music like from back in the day. A+++++++++++++ All the Staff were super nice and very professional!
Update — January 15, 2026: I am very grateful for how my concerns were heard and resolved. The Doctor kindly took the time to explain my daughter's progress and what is needed to reach the desired outcome. They also accommodated upcoming appointments to fit my schedule.

St. Cloud Smiles is the best dental office I've been to in a long time. The doctors are excellent; they take their time to explain everything to me. The entire staff is wonderful, from the front desk staff to the dental assistants and manager. They are very kind and took excellent care of me. I highly recommend this office; the atmosphere is always cheerful and welcoming.
It was amazing! I havent been to dentists in along time. Out of fear, and trama as a kid. Everyone treats you well with kindness and patience. They work with you at your pace!!! Highly recommend!

I love coming here. If it wasn't for these two and their incredible staff I would never have realized I wasn't turning my head all the way. Since coming here I've had better posture, less pain, better balance and better digestion.

I've been seeing Dr. Brett Petty for over 10 years, and I will go to see her until I move or she retires. She is a good- listener and efficient. The practice staff is always very nice and friendly.
You can go to any Chiropractor. Or you can See Dr Cullinane. I have been seeing him for about the last 8 years, But almost never in the last 2. My back issues are sparked by certain outdoor activities that I engage in. In almost all cases it has required one adjustment. I'm certain lessor resent visits have been a result of his expertise. I'm still as active as I was 8 years ago. He has an amazing amount of other medical knowledge, all you have to do is ask and he's willing to share what he knows, and he always knows.
Dr. Chris is an extremely caring and thoughtful person. He is extremely responsive and attentive. Just recently I emailed him later in the evening, and I received a response very quickly, and he proceeded to email me back and forth throughout the evening to help us through a stressful situation. It is so refreshing to find someone like Dr. Chris who genuinely cares about helping clients.

Dr. Clint is the best. Even on a holiday weekend at 8pm he was quick to respond, arrive, and saved our horse from colic with ease. He’s always kind, explains things appropriately and we just don’t have enough kind things to say about him.
Mr. Kitty is doing wonderfully after his surgery on Friday ❤️ Thanks to the compassionate care Narcoossee Oaks Animal Hospital gave my baby. By Saturday, he was already showing his old self, waking me up with kisses, crawling under the blankets, and even biting my legs until I got out of bed ? I never realized how much I’d miss those little antics, but I did. Mr. Kitty isn’t just a pet, he’s been my constant companion and my comfort through so much. When I was wheelchair-bound, he never left my side for two years. He’s my therapy, my heart, and truly my best friend. Thanks to Narcoossee Oaks Animal Hospital, my little guy is back to being silly, sweet, loving (and yes, sometimes annoying ?). The team cared for him like he was their own, and they even called me on a Saturday to check on his recovery. Their dedication and compassion brought my best friend back to me, and I’ll be forever grateful. ❤️

Loved how my Pitbull was treated. Dr. Griselda and Tech Luisa are amazing. I have spent thousands in my 6 yr old dog due to his skin condition and nothing/no one had been able to accurately medicate my dog. Dr. Griselda has been the first to determine what my dog needs and results have been evident. The welcoming carisma of Tech Luisa is a plus. They make an amazing team. It is evident that they are passionate about their jobs but also understanding of how expensive a treatment can be providing options for the pet owners. It is a great low income clinic for pets.

Went there 7 years ago. Then my daughter moved with her puppy and I never went back. Today finally I went and took my 2 dogs and they did amazing. I just had the "works" and it was amazing . I was immediately put at ease when I walked in and my therapist addressed all my questions. She was tuned into my needs and comfort. I cannot wait to go back. it was the first time I had reflexology along with my massage. It was the most soothing and relaxing massage I have ever had.

Gary is amazing. I have chronic pain and bad knees. He has me walking and my pain has gotten a lot better. He helped me pre and post surgeries so I could heal faster. I would recommend him for anyone that has pain or any other issues regarding the body to see him.
