“Bethany was awesome to work with and I’m sure Jasper enjoyed himself over there as well. Bethany had great communication and answered any question I had (if I had any) as well as gave me the confidence to do more with my dog. After having my dog back for less than 24 hours I already see a night and day difference with his behaviors. Jasper was always a good dog but he just needed an extra push with an e-collar to bring it out more. Seeing Bethany work with Jasper opened the door to many opportunities and gave the ideas to take Jasper out to more public places. Overall, will definitely look forward to working with Bethany again in the future and Jasper and I will always be grateful.“

“Back in March 2023 we got our Yorkie Lucy, she was 12 weeks and a very shy pup. We wanted to be able to take Lucy to parks, restaurants, stores and places where she we could be confident, obedient but still a happy dog.. We reached out to Jason at ACDT and got a quick response to start Lucy on puppy training classes. Lucy worked with Nicole who was amazing and flexible during all the lessons and scheduling, she went above and beyond along with Jason, they were always answering our questions and being supportive in every way they can! Puppy lessons made a huge impact on Lucy ,she is more confident, learned basic obedience and to develop her social skills. We ended up moving forward with the second part of the training, which involved teaching her place, recall, heel work, sit, down, on and off leash control and much more. We are grateful to have learned and worked with ACDT their commitment along with ours truly paid off and Lucy is now CGC certified! Thanks guys ?“

“Looking for a Veterinary Service that provides acupuncture for our 15 year old , Star. My wife looked online and found Red Oaks Animal Hospital that found the service we were looking for. We made an appointment and showed up a few minutes early. Immediately we were greeted at the front desk with a smile. Filled out some paper work and promptly taken to an exam room. Ashlie was our Vet Tech and extremely good with Star. Asked all the pertinent questions and took Star's weight. Following that we met with Dr Ortiz. Dr Qrtiz explained Western Medicine and Eastern Medicine which she is certified in. After an exam and discussion, Dr Ortiz proceeded with the introduction and placement of the needles. Star was a trooper, never flinched or move during placement and kept them in for the required 20 minutes. We have been for a subsequent treatment with the same reactions. It's been a relatively short time since Star started the protocol but seems to be doing well and responding well to the treatments. Dr Ortiz is very nice, knowledgeable, caring and professional. Dr Ortiz allowed us to stay with Star during the procedure. I think that had an effect with any anxiety issues that Star may have otherwise felt during the procedure. Probably helped my wife and I as well! Can't ask for much more that that. Very happy with River Oaks Animal Hospital.“
