Wow!! I am speechless at how amazing Sam and his team are! We shopped around for PPF and Ceramic coating for our new (to us) suv. We went with Orlando Car Care bc Sam answered all our questions thoroughly, he is local to St Cloud, and he truly wanted to make a connection with his customers. Sam gave us suggestions on what he thought the best route was for our vehicle as far as protection long term, and worked it all out within our budget. He never tried to upsell, and explained every detail. The communication was top notch. From scheduling the appointment to final pick up, Sam kept us in the loop with constant communication. He even sent pics of the process as they were doing it! We ended up with PPF on high impact areas, ceramic coat on the entire suv, front windows tinted and UV tint on the windshield. At pickup, Sam explained care of the car, gave us products to use, and tips to keep it looking its best. We are grateful for Orlando Car Care for taking such good care of us!! Highly recommend!!
There are many companies out there that provide ceramic coating services. After much review, I always came back to Orlando Car Care. I asked Sam the owner a lot of questions: why choose you versus others, what are the details of the process, warranty info etc. Sam took the time to professionally answer all the questions to my satisfaction.
