About West End Animal Care Clinic
West End Animal Care Clinic is a wonderful place for pet care, featuring a professional and straightforward doctor, Dr. Russo, and a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. The clinic is patient and understanding, accommodating animals with special needs. For example, they were gentle with a dog who wasn't comfortable around new people, and they allowed a window view of the surgery area to provide transparency. The staff is also honest and transparent about pricing, providing options whenever possible. Many customers express their appreciation for the exceptional care they receive. The front desk staff is compassionate, and Dr. Russo takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. West End Animal Care Clinic is highly recommended as a top choice for pet care, with clients feeling like family and expressing gratitude for the supportive environment.

I am happy with the service we received and will definitely continue using West End Animal Clinic for our future needs. Because of the caring staff,… read full review
