I am ecstatic at the professionalism and punctuality of Gary Pearce who installed my electric hot water heater. I was converting from propane to electric and he took the time to teach this 75-year-old lady all about the conversion. I will never use another plumbing company and will be recommending Roto Rooter to all my friends. Thank you, Gary. Roto Rooter is lucky to have an employee like you.

I called because my kitchen sink was backed up. They sent Paul and Dylan out right away. They were very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. They snaked the kitchen line thoroughly and left the place spotless when they were done. You rarely find people these days that are knowledgeable and actually care about the work the perform, but Roto RooterSt. Augustine has them. And very affordable to top it off. They’ll be my first call for all my future plumbing needs.
