“What a wonderful experience we had with Hester’s. All the way from the owner to the sales man to the installers. They helped us pick out the type of carpet that would be best for us. And it turned out beautiful. The installers were very nice and worked hard. They even went above and beyond and took two large items I needed to take to the dump for me. It was a father and son team. “I’ve previously purchased granite countertops as well as LVP floors from here. Ned was extremely helpful and actually cared when I ran into a situation that required the installer to come back out to fix a job. He pulled my invoices from years back and assisted with additional vendors/ installers that could fix my issue when the original installer refused.

Ned did a great job and I will certainly continue to work Cabinet / Floor Factory Outlet. They do need to work on vetting vendors/ installers better.

We had high recommendations of past customers and we made an informed excellent buying decision with Casey in store. He took all complication out, included everything we needed and gave us our complete price and answered all questions as everything we needed was included. They were hundreds of dollars below big box and other flooring companies. Andrew M came to measure and verify our sq footage and was open, friendly. and set up our service.
