Trust the Process, it is worth it. I told Austin and his team that they do not just change floors they change lives. We were on a mission to turn our house more into a home with this remodel and i was so blessed to stumble upon Austin on a google search. After multiple contractors in and out never spending time with me and helping me with my vision i was frustrated. Austin came to my house when it was good for me and sat down!! Professional, responsive, punctual, quality.We had extensive dining room floor damage related to a water leak repair, while we were out of town. Austin responded to our call, scheduled and replaced flooring on short notice 3 days before Christmas. Even moved the furniture back in place, and sent photos when finished. I will keep his contact information for future use.
