TileTek was recommended to me by a co-worker when I mentioned that I was replacing a bathtub with a shower. It was a great recommendation as I found Rob and Albert to be true professionals. Rob assisted us with the tile order, making sure that we got the right trim tiles for the niches to match the floor and wall tile. He also gave me advice on fixing a window that was installed incorrectly by a previous contractor. If we had questions Rob got back to us right away. I had a small tile problem in our multimillion new home. Our original tile installer and others wouldn't call me back. I reached out to Rob at TileTeck, Inc.He not only got back to immediately, he scheduled his technician to come out the next day. The Tech arrived and discussed the problem and solutions. We picked a path forward, but he checked in with Rob to confirm the path. Rob gave an even better solution.The Tech quickly fixed problem, cleaned up (with his own broome no less), and reviewed the repair with us. TileTek did a complete bathroom demolition and remodel for me. I designed the bathroom I wanted, and Rob Russo got it just as I specified. It looks lovely.
