“Dr. Harris has been our vet for over 13-years. He's saved both my rabbits' lives on multiple occasions. Fair prices. Excellent communication. An absolute wealth of knowledge and information. My 11-year old bunny passed yesterday and I cannot stress how grateful I am to Dr. Harris and his team for her continued care. While she passed in Orlando (NOT under his supervision), it was a valuable lesson about advocacy and education. In the 10+ years of owning this bunny, she was never hospitalized by Dr. Harris. Broken leg, broken pelvis, gi stasis, bladder sludge - Dr. Harris was constantly teaching new information and showing us how to care for her on our own! The one time she IS hospitalized for bladder sludge (again, by a different professional in Orlando), her hip is re-fractured and she goes down. Dr. Harris and his team are absolutely worth the 10-hour round trip. This is an experienced, genuine exotic animals specialist that sets the bar high both for his staff and for you, as a pet owner.
