I’ve been seeing Ashley for years and wanted to leave an updated review. I am so grateful to have found her. She is a Master when it comes to color. I’ve tried many shades of blonde over the years and I always walk out with something that looks beautiful and natural - and it’s always low maintenance. Whatever sorcery she does, I can usually get away with highlights 2-3x/year, which I really value. She takes the time to understand what I’m asking for, which I always appreciate . And the experience in the salon is great, too. Very relaxed vibes and a pretty space. Highly recommend Ashley and BASE.

Erika always does an incredible job with dip on my hands, and Yaremis is amazing with gel pedicures—she’s extremely gentle. I felt completely comfortable bringing my mom to her, which says a lot, since she’s usually hesitant to get pedicures after multiple foot surgeries and is very sensitive.
Beyond that, the entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and highly skilled. You can tell they really care about their clients.

My husband and I went to Victoria for facials for the first time today. We found her on reddit while looking for an esthetician in Miami. What I can say is: she was AMAZING. We weren’t sure on what to get done, so she suggested her oxygen facials, and we got them done, with no regrets. Since it was our first, she walked each of us through the whole process, explaining what was being done, what products were being used, what they do and what she would suggest for our types of skin. She also gives amazing neck massages, and takes care of your hands and scalp! And if all of that wasn’t enough, she is also the sweetest person! Time with her passes so fast, because she makes you feel so at home and comfortable. We left there with samples she gave us to use at home and feeling super happy and satisfied. Disa is the only person I trust with my nails. She is the best! I had been getting dip on my nails for years before I met Disa and I thought that it was thinning out and destroying my nails. I have been coming to Disa for almost a year now and my nails are stronger and longer than ever because she does dip powder the right way. I had the best massage of my life at Jazzy Day Spa. I’ve had massages at many of the luxury hotels in Miami Beach, and this experience was honestly on another level.
The massage was incredible, with warm towels, hot stones, and the perfect amount of deep tissue pressure when I wanted it. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making it both deeply relaxing and therapeutic.
Afterward, I had a deep cleansing facial with extractions, and she was just as amazing. She is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and truly takes pride in her work. My skin looked so clean, fresh, and glowing afterward. The facial even included more massage, which made the whole experience feel so luxurious.

This lady is a magician. She doesn’t adjust you the same way a lot of chiropractors do. She connects with your body, understands what’s wrong, and then uses your own body to intuitively correct your alignment.

The team @ AH&RC are phenomenal. They care and take pride in their services. Their work really shows in the improvement of my dog. 5 therapy sessions in and my dog stopped buckling his paw. IB pilates is unique. Ingrid is flexible very qualified and tailors your workout to your needs. I have a chronic respiratory disorder which Ingrid has worked with me to build up my strength. It is crucial to my well being. She respects my limits and also challenges me. I see Ingrid on zoom twice a week as I am in Paris France and she Miami. I could find a Pilates studio here but no one with. Ingrid’s qualities. I am a very grateful client of IB Pilates.

I love the small group classes at Renegade Pilates. Leslie really remembers her clients and knows how to adjust exercises to fit your goals, your body, and any injuries you’re working through. It’s a solid workout at a steady pace, and I’ve seen a big improvement in my posture since starting. Highly recommend.
Robert is a rockstar neuromuscular therapist, he is very adept at working out the all the painful knots and kinks in tight muscles ,fascia, and ligaments (connective tissue). I'm grateful for his specialized expertise and talent. Plus he's funny and has a good sense of humour. ;) Looking forward to my next session.. and more stability and alignment.
