When I walked in my first time, the young lady Kylee, greeted me, and she had me feel so comfortable. She was right on top of everything. The other person, that was doing the glasses seemed very spacey. I would make sure Kylee is working on the day I will go back on. My second time there, the girl gave my husband an appointment when we returned she didn’t even put it in the system. It was a true waste of time and gas. I recommend checking for the one I’ve mentioned above to be working. She will make sure you’re taking care of and the correct way. Connie
Great experience from the time I walked in the door until the time I left I was greeted immediately by a very friendly lady who checked my appointment, gave me whatever papers I needed to fill out however, you can fill out your paperwork online there from there I went to an eye exam with Dr. Tran. She was amazing very knowledgeable. Took her time with me which I appreciate it very much. I have a problem with dry eye she gave me some prescription stuff to do to help with that excellent experience. I highly recommend this Optimart
