“This is my second rating of serve pro. As I mentioned before I was well pleased with their dry out process but gave a not so good rating on their follow up service for a demo and restoration estimate. Come to find out they had my wrong email address and telephone number. I guess from old or incomplete records. Stephanie followed up today with me and apologized. I upgraded my rating to a 4 star waiting to see how they do on demo and cleanup and determine if a supplemental may be required from insurance company if hidden damages are found. I was reminded of a line from "Cool Hand Luke" -'what we have here is a failure to communicate.' Seems like these delays could have been avoided if the office personnel would have verified my phone number and email address. Maybe a lesson to learn here about customer service. ?“

Jose and a gentleman did the repair to the wall, did the painting to the wall and this is the really big part.They not only put paper down but, for the path they used to the door and removed the debris, he also swept and MOPPED the floor!!! And installed a vanity to replaced the one that was destroyed.“
