Starling and Rashaud was very professional and they did a very good job. Tomorrow is a holiday, Starling said they would be here Friday to make sure everything has dried. I would recommend them to anyone.
Jose and a gentleman did the repair to the wall, did the painting to the wall and this is the really big part.They not only put paper down but, for the path they used to the door and removed the debris, he also swept and MOPPED the floor!!! And installed a vanity to replaced the one that was destroyed.
I had an unexpected experience with a pipe breaking under my floor in my ol house. I started smelling mold and discovered mold in three rooms. I contacted Disaster Recovery Pros. And the next day I had two fantastic workers show up Doug and Nick. They went to work and got everything set up to remove the mold. Was very informative helpful and fast within a few hours my problem was being delt with and corrected. I could not have had a better experience than this company and the fantastic employees who service your home. So imo if you want full service recovery help with insurance nothing is better than Doug ,Nick and Disaster Recovery pros and employees. Thanks Gerry Brisco.

Ivan say enough about the work Sterling & Rashad have been doing to restore my home. They work fast explain move items to make it convent for me. after having 3 plumbers working 4 days the to repair the leak plumbers did NOT fix. Sterling & Rashad took out the wall behind the kitchen cabinet tHEY found the leak!!!! Plumber could not find. These guys are so polite explain what’s happening plus reassure me they GOT THIS !!
They are the BEST.
