Edor saved the day when my tub was backing up! He worked hard at figuring out the problem and took the time to answer my questions so I could wrap my head around how the pipes were configured and why the back up was happening. (Plumbing is not in my wheel house 😅). Very satisfied with the service I received!

Glen and his “assistant plumber” (sorry but I didn’t catch his name) did a fantastic job. Professional, clean, kept me informed. Did their best to explain situation in laymen’s terms. Both are keepers. Please treat them well and pay them beyond what they are worth! Glen went out of his way to for us regarding replacement of our water heater. It was almost 4 years old and he contacted the manufacturer to see if a warranty would be available. Manufacturer denied a warranty claim. Glen said that didn’t seem right to him so he contacted your plumbing supplier and they agreed to honor a warranty claim!!!! Saved us around $700!!! We will not hesitate to use Roto-Rooter again!
