“The connection between my water meter and water line coming into my home developed a large leak. Chris came at 9:30 PM quickly found the problem. Turned off the water at the meter. Immediately left to get parts for the repair before the stores closed. Returned and started the repair in the dark. Chris clearly explained the problem and what was being repaired. Chris stayed while the glue was setting. Chris used caution turning the water back on. Stayed to ensure everything was repaired. Left my home close to 11:45 PM. Personally, this was a very stressful thing to happened. I found the leak at 7:15 PM to get to 11:45 PM and the issue is resolved and behind me is exceptional service.”

“I used Disaster Recovery Pros for water damage and mold mitigation in my guest bathroom. I am happy with the work of the team, who were very professional and respectful. It only took 5 days from the first call to the complete removal of the damage from my home.<br><br>Mark made a visit to my home on Friday evening, the same day the company was contacted. He assessed the damage and let me know the next steps in the process if I chose to continue the work with them. He was open to me asking questions and checked in the next day.<br><br>Ryan came out to the house on Monday morning to further assess the depth of damage to my bathroom and put a remediation plan in place. I asked a lot of questions as he worked and he patiently and honestly answered the questions.<br><br>Derek came out to the house on Tuesday to gather a sketch ahead of the work being done. He was in and out quickly and he also explained what he was doing so I could understand.<br><br>Today, Wednesday, Justin and Kennedy worked on the removal of the damaged materials. They were effective in removing only what was needed, kept the area insulated so that dust didn't disrupt what I and my family were doing inside the house, and they did a wonderful job cleaning the area when they finished.<br><br>Finally, Marlaina and Mark were very helpful with ensuring I was able to break down my payments into 3 parts as my family and I did not anticipate we'd have this problem less than 1 week prior.<br><br>Overall, I am satisfied with the company and- based off the work that has been done and the nice/professional/respectful interactions I and my husband had with each of the team members- I would recommend using Disaster Recovery Pros.”

We had some wind-driven rain with the last hurricane, and it caused some “microbial growth” in our baby’s nursery. Eliot came out to take a look the day we discovered it, helped diagnose the issue, and let us know that (given the small affected area) we could likely do the job ourselves. Eliot was not only right, but he was courteous and professional throughout and even offered to check back anytime if we were concerned of things changing. “Wow! Professional Carpet Systems (PCS) is great business to work with. They do what they say and provide terrific results. Kevin came out with a big truck, he was very professional and the carpets came out better than expected. I own 2 The UPS Stores and you can imagine the traffic those carpets receive. Kevin and his staff were able to get out all the stains and make the carpet look new again in one store. The other store the carpet was old and reported to need replacing. They did such a good job I was able delay the replacement which is saving me $$. Thanks Kevin, I will call when they need to be cleaned again.
