“My husband had called another Plumbing Company we had used in the past, the guy did come and give hubby an estimate. Then hubby requested a call back from him, and never got. Well, I got another recommendation, which was Whitetail. I called them, a nice lady answered, I told her, I needed two, (I thought 50 gal) water heaters replaced. She had me measure them, gave a date and time they would be at my home to be installed. Asked me to clear area that water heaters were to be installed. That was it. I told my husband, he said, he wanted 40 gal., and did I get a price? I had a schedule for my water system being cleaned and changed out and the new water heaters installed the next day and I didn't want to change the schedule. I called Whitetail the day before installation, she said yes, I have you scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:30 am. Sure enough 2 YOUNG men, I am a senior showed up right on time. They went right to work, did an AWESOME job, looks better than it did before, very Professional, excellent clean up. They were very nice, sorry I didn't get their names. The one young man figured up our bill : The tanks were 40gal as my husband wanted and the bill was a little less than the estimate that was given to my hubby by other company. “Cox plumbing came out and saved the day. Got a new washing machine installed earlier and the spigots hadn’t been turned in 10+ years so they instantly began leaking everywhere. I called in hopes they could make it out on short notice at the end of a day and Bud and Shayla came out asap and saved the day. Even fixed my garbage disposal under the sink.
